Often times it will go COMPLETELY black and I will dodge games without having a chance of even knowing what the fuck is going on. This is a complete gamebreaker bug that never happened before the new client, and yes I have a done a full repair. RIOT THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, FIX THIS NOW.

Log files with relevant information is like a gold mine. Good logs are critical and necessary to identifying, diagnosing, and fixing hard to reproduce bugs. There may be thousands that see this issue on a daily basis. But out of the millions that play, that is only a small fraction of people that see this.
That doesn't bode well for internal testing teams & developers trying to find the issue. If they can't even find the issue, there is no possibility to fix the issue. Your participation (in the form of sending your log files when this occurs) is critical and necessary to resolving this issue.
Also, remember this, you do not pay for the game. Oh yes, you may have paid for skins, champions, chromas, etc, but the bottom line is you are able to play and access this game for free. Give back a little, and send the logs to help make the game better and help fix the bugs.
If you don't wish to participate in the process, then I bid the adieu. Sorry you weren't a willing participant. Good luck with your other games

None of that is even slightly relevant and I didn't bother reading it for the simple reason that; You ignored the core argument I presented and thus, I have no reason to read your argument.
The game is currently broken, it must be fixed NOW. The alternative is not that I "wait", the alternative is that I leave and never return. That is not what Riot wants, therefore I am alerting them that they are treading an extremely dangerous path. The game is COMPLETELY BROKEN.

Let me explain in a way that I can relate to personall; I am a dentist. I don't ask my patients "Explain to me the nature of your current pathology" , NO. That is not their job or their place to answer. I ask "Have you experienced any discomfort of any type? how long?" and from there I do a clinical analysis followed by X-rays and oral schematics. It's called doing my job.
Now, the parallel here is; I am reporting a gamebreaker glitch. If you think this is "Not helping" and "just complaining", then you do not understand either concept. I don't expect my patients to tell me "I have suffered [chemical] erosion on the vestibular-distal 2/3rd segment of #16 which has caused accute pulpitis" that's just doesn't happen and if it did , I'd be very worried about my position as a dentist.
