Name Change IP Bug

I actually ran into this issue in the earlier half of the week but decided to sit around and see if it got fixed. Well now it's Saturday here and Riot still hasn't fixed it, and everytime I ask support I get an automated response to post it here. Well, a lot of people are already posting. Why hasn't Riot fixed or at least addressed it yet?

Anyway, for those who don't already know, there's a glitch with the IP amount in the Name Change menu. In my case, I reached 13.9k on Monday or Tuesday (can't remember exactly). Ever since then, I've been trying to change my name, however the IP amount in the name change menu "freezes" at 13451 and right now I am around 14.4k IP. The correct amount is showing when I buy champions but just in the name change menu alone there is the glitch.

Please fix Riot.
