[GAMEPLAY] Vayne Q no longer applying bonus damage at all.

When you crit as Vayne now, if you crit with Q the Q damage isnt applied at all.

So instead of the Crit bonus damage off Q being removed with the recent patch, ALL TUMBLE damage is instead removed on a crit.

I tested this several times. It is obviously an effect from the Vayne changes and hopefully is a simple fix.
