Warwick Q ignores Poppy W even when not attached

Specifically, Warwick's W is only immune to displacement when he sweeps around the target.

Poppy's W would not work in that case, of course.

But currently, his Q is immune to her W even when it is not supposed to be immune to the displacement, that is, during any portion of the animation before he sweeps around the target.
