kayle E + luden echo charging
if kayle e is a spell ,why doesnt charge luden echo by auto attacking ,but chogath E is auto attack but charges luden dealing more damage overral with item
likewise kayle E is ranged ,and in urf i played her ,none did ,ranged gets more attack speed ,turning E on wasnt giving any bonus attack speed as was supposed
