New support items have small delay before they will upgrade

I've noticed that there seems to be a delay between hitting 500 gold and actually getting my free sightstone effect. I noticed the issue in my first game and then did a test game, in both there was a couple second delay on upgrading despite already having farmed the 500 gold. I'm not sure if this issue is present in the other support items, but i think it likely is. If i had to guess i think the delay is based on the item having to "tick" the +2 gold per 10 seconds, before it will notice that the item should upgrade.
