I think it's Repro Step :

1. Cast Nautilius Ulti

2. Die - Nautilius Ulti is in "motion, start bounce" but not REACH FINAL Destination (target)

3. Ressurect

4. You can't Use Ulti it's locked

5. I think I also was CC-ed somwhere in that motion ( I Think it's important)

Solution :

I sucide on Nashor , I could use my ulti again
