Morde's ghost is wasting relic shield charges this patch.

Morde's ghost will get relic shield procs, but as of this patch, the gold is wasted rather than funneled to Morde. Up until the last patch or two, Morde's ghost was specifically coded to give any gold it got to Morde, so that they wouldn't waste relic shield charges. Why has this changed?
