Dynamic Q bug

I have been promted to ban by the client several time during pre-ban phase(dynamiq Q ranked), the client asks me to ban a champ instead of declaring one, if I fail to declair (ban?) a champ, I get booted and recieve a penalty for not having "banned", which is extremely odd, considering it has only happened when I've been first pick and thus not ban entitled. It's kind of hard to explain I guess. It has happened several times, not the biggest issue ever but it would be nice to see this feature fixed as it's confusing.
