Draft Pick sending me back to queue

As title describes, I enter queue, find a game, enter champion select, and it brings me back to the queueing screen, even though I can hear the countdown going on in the background. Now I'm stuck with finding a match with the seconds stuck, unable to join queue again...

Hmm...

EDIT: It looks exactly the same as when someone else dodges but the sound indicates that no one dodged. EDIT 2: Aaaaand I got Queue Dodge Timer. It's not long, had 2:30 left when I reopened client, but this is still super annoying
