I genuinely can't use my mechanics anymore because shit is stuttering all the time. Every time minions spawn, I get stuttering for a few seconds, and then while they're walking, my frames are stuttering until they're all standing still attacking in lane, BUT THEN GUESS WHAT, MORE MINIONS SPAWN AND THE STUTTERING CONTINUES
I am DmC2 votesit's a problem going on from ages, even a streamer like qtipie with a 1080ti has this problem, you just have to see a stream and you can see that in teamfights this game is unplayable

kingsip1 votesyeah i got the exact same problem.. on minion spawn; at champion kill; when minions are walking, and when towers get taken down. I've tried to reinstall LoL; i did a clean installation of windows and got a new graphics card. Also I've never had such a problem with LoL so this is kinda special.
