I genuinely can't use my mechanics anymore because shit is stuttering all the time. Every time minions spawn, I get stuttering for a few seconds, and then while they're walking, my frames are stuttering until they're all standing still attacking in lane, BUT THEN GUESS WHAT, MORE MINIONS SPAWN AND THE STUTTERING CONTINUES
it's a problem going on from ages, even a streamer like qtipie with a 1080ti has this problem, you just have to see a stream and you can see that in teamfights this game is unplayable

Yeah same shit. I thought it was finally gone today but then minions spawned and I remembered "ahhh right that was causing the problem fuck my life..."
yeah i got the exact same problem.. on minion spawn; at champion kill; when minions are walking, and when towers get taken down. I've tried to reinstall LoL; i did a clean installation of windows and got a new graphics card. Also I've never had such a problem with LoL so this is kinda special.
