[Gameplay] Warden Nautilus' Hook is invisible

Basically all game this Nautilus' Q's were pretty much invisible other than the tiny rope which connects the anchor to Nautilus. My two friends I was playing with and the two people we got matched with also could not see it.

Oddly enough I don't remember having this issue before 5.4, but I also only had someone with the skin on my own team and not the enemy team. Just thought I'd report this seeing as how we pretty much lost that game because ghost hooks would catch us from nowhere.
