Poppy passive vs. Blast Cone

With Poppy's passive up, I wasn't able to select the bottom-leftmost blast cone for an auto attack. Without the passive up, I could attack it fine. And enemies could also clearly attack it (at one point when I was trying to run away, I couldn't select it but the enemy used it a moment later).

This occurred at every point in the game, regardless of how many times that cone respawned. And it was only that cone.

It didn't happen in Practice mode, and I don't know what the recurrence rate is.
