Remake not working

I just had a game where our fiddlesticks connected, bought items, then left(This was before the announcer even says 30 seconds till minions spawn) and we never got to remake. He didn't come back the entire game. Honestly, just force the game to remake if someone doesn't move for over a minute pr twp within the first 5 minutes of the game. Easily fix any issues
