Tahm Kench Regurgitate vs. all cleanses

Situation: Tahm Kench swallows an enemy with / or an enemy . They activate it or eat an orange to free themselves.

Expected outcome: Since he did not cast Regurgitate after Devour, it does not deal damage.

Bug: Enemies will take Regurgitate damage upon cleansing themselves of Devour, despite the ability not being used.
