[Gameplay] Orianna ball distance icon bug

So, I'm not entirely sure what causes this bug, or how it works, but I have a couple guesses.

Anyway, you know that little blue arrow that shows the distance of your ball before it teleports back to you? Well, every now and then, it'll freeze in place and not do anything (even after your ball returns to you), and a second arrow will start popping up to show where your ball is.

I've only noticed it when I use my E on someone else, and (this is just a guess), it seems to bug out when they die or for some reason (Zed ult) disappear from the game shortly after I place my ball. Only noticed this using the Winter Wonder skin for her. I'll try and grab a screenshot if I can, and I'll do a bit more experimenting to see if I can pinpoint the cause, but that's all I've got so far.
