Since it applies on hit effects, it should be dodged, but it's not

Note: Even when Jax is the only target he does not dodge it

It only applies on-hit effects to the first target hit. I'm not 100% sure, but I believe that if Jax with E is the first target in line to get hit, he will dodge it.

Yasuos Q only applies on hit affects on the first target hit.
