Fervor of battle bug

All the traps (nidalee, shaco, teemo, jhin, jinx, etcs) used to give fervor of battle stacks until patch 6.12, from 6.12 not anymore. Is this hidden nerf or a bug? Because I belive that traps are abilities which should stack fervor of battle.
