[Gameplay Bug; Minions] Cannon Minions 'Freezing' when their Target dies prematurely.
I, several of my friends, and even members of the Enemy teams have noticed some peculiar behaviour with the Cannon Minions since 5.23.
This bug is not very hard to replicate, but it doesn't happen 100% of the time, I would say about 40-45% of the time.
When a Cannon Minion is attacking a Melee Minion, and the final blow dealt to the Melee Minion is from a Champion, and not the Cannon Minion - the Cannon Minion will "Freeze" in lane. It will look like it's stuttering, almost like it's stuck in the terrain, and it will face in random direction - but will never move unless displaced by other means or killed. Even if it is stunned or slowed, it will not move (knockups, fears, knockbacks seem to make it move.)
The affected Cannon Minions will literally stay in this frozen state for the entire game or until displaced/killed.
It's not game-breaking or critical, at least we didn't think so, but it's definitely a peculiar bug.
