I legit dc so many times and hit 7000 Ping. I KNOW it’s not my internet when I can play Smite, Overwatch, and Fornite just damn fine. Fix your shit Riot. I can’t even stay in a game now.

So depending on your setup, it might very well be if you're playing over wifi or with long latency. It might also be ISP related or could be exactly as you suspect (our servers). However I can say that comparing game to game latencies (Fortnite -> overwatch -> Smite) isn't a great metric. Each of those games handles data packet transfers and latency speeds differently, and each company has a different server / network configuration.

Do a tracert and identify the cause of the issue, then report that. Telling riot to 'fix their servers' is pretty useless.
How can it be their servers when most everyone else is playing fine? If it was their servers, you'd see about 8234923842 threads likes yours. There's many different things that can be can causing issue between your connection to Rito servers. If you use the Hextech Repair tool and contact support the folks over there are more than happy to help you sift through all the gathered data to root out and solve the problem. Sometimes an ISP just doesn't play with pretty certain protocols that Riot servers might establish which could cause latency on only League but not other games because they don't use those same protocols.
