Google Chrome not showing Update or Notification Icons

However it does show on IE and FF. Idk why Chrome stopped working. I already tried deleting cookies n whatnot.

Hm, I have chrome and am not experiencing that issue.

This is a really dumb question, but is your browser full screen or a partial window? I know those disappear for me at a certain window size.
