Mouse input gets ignored this patch

As of 6.5 I have been noticing that my clicks (right clicks) are getting ignored further and further. As of now it's almost impossible to reliably play ADC or any form of Auto attack champ. I have 36-40 constant ping which shouldn't impact on it, my mouse is fully functional and my system is stable, and yet my right click seems to act in a laggy fashion every few seconds. On top of this I get massive FPS drops at certain stages in the game, 7min-14min to be precise, all the way from 114 to 36-27, which I find unfair. Oh well, that's not the true issue. If anyone has a fix for this right click issue please speak up, it'd be a great help.
