Karma Mantra+Q

I don't remember seeing this listed as intended, but I noticed in an ARAM last night that the Grievous Wounds passive of Morellonomicon interacts oddly with Karma.

Her Mantra Q field applies Grievous Wounds to anyone touching the field between the initial and secondary detonations. Even if they were not hit by either one.
