Does Riot ever post on or look at this forum?

I've been having a lot of the problems that people have been posting about here the past few days (missing game, black store, no chat) and I really can't believe Riot hasn't even acknowledged that they recognize the problem.

For a company that's supposed to be great about employee/customer interaction it's pretty unbelievable to see a problem this big going unrecognized for this long. I can't play with any of my friends, I can't play any game modes other than ARAM because I can't communicate with my team in pre game chat, and at this rate I won't be able to take advantage of the sales that are going on right now.

If this doesn't get addressed soon I'm gonna be very disappointed in you Riot
