Frame skips since Windows / League updates.

Donno if it's Windows, or if it's League, but both of them updated today. Since then, I have a lot of frame skipping, despite having a perfect 60 FPS (I lock at 60). Driving me crazy.

Update: Switched to windowed mode, and the skipping is gone. Seems to only happen in full screen mode. But I hate windowed mode. >.>

Try disabling the Xbox Game Bar. I believe one feature of it is that it will cap your FPS (though I don't have a source on that).
