[GAMEPLAY] Can someone test a potential Runeglaive bug for me? I don't have PBE access

#EDIT: Riot may disregard this thread. I finally tested it, since it is live. The item works as intended (on-hit effects are intact and proc like normal with runeglaive). I also went a step further and built a botrk to see if it converts on-hits into magic damage. It doesn't. Runeglaive + bork is still an entirely physical bork proc. . #So it is indeed like Poppy's Q, and proc's both on-hit effects and spell effects, and Nashors is still a good purchase with it :)

. . . .

Runeglaive converts the autoattack (or on-hit applying skill) that applies it into magic damage. Runeglaive will proc spell effects (Rylai's, Spellvamp, etc).

~~What needs to be tested: ~~

1) Will a Runeglaive enhanced attack still proc on-hit effects like Nashor's or Bork?

2) Will a Runeglaive enhanced on-hit applying skill still proc on-hit effects like Nashor's or Bork? (eg: half of Eve's E is converted by Runeglaive, will the converted half still proc nashors/bork?)

Expected behavior:

Runeglaive should still proc on-hit effects. If it doesn't, it's probably a bug.

Why this is important:

1) Nashor's is getting buffed, so it will actually be a viable item.

2) Most junglers who like Lich Bane also synergize with Nashors, and would want to build a Nashors to compensate for the 20% AP ratio they are losing by building a Runeglaive (or may have had a Nashors in their build before Runeglaive existed). If Runeglaive doesn't apply on-hit effects, you would essentially be forced to NOT buy Nashors on junglers who actually want a nashors.

~~3) It's also possible that Runeglaive proc'ing spell effects is, itself, a bug. So if the expected behavior isn't met, it may be THAT which needs to be changed in order to make it proc on-hit effects again. Who knows. But Poppy, as an example, has a Q which modifies her next autoattack to be magic damage. And it applies spell effects AND on-hit effects. So this may not be the case. ~~

http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Poppy

"Despite applying on-hit effects, Devastating Blow's damage will apply spell effects as a single targeted ability. Spell vamp is fully applied. Rylai's Crystal Scepter will apply a 35% slow"

Do people really go through bug reports and downvote them for no reason?

It's off topic a bit but nashors tooth is already a good item on some champions.

If Runeglaive proc is a spell effect, it shouldn't proc on-hit effects. The next attack should proc on-hit effects, though.

Nashors Tooth will be buffed, but the recipe has to be buffed too with an item 1052 like Athenes/Morellos recipe. Sitting on 30 AP waiting for 2180 gold until you get the full 80 AP is not a good idea.
