Teemo banned twice?

I realize this was only a display issue and I think it had to do with my lobby loading exactly as the first (very fast) ban came out, but Teemo got banned twice in this match. I was the only person to see this, however, in my client and I'm pretty sure it's a timing issue as I have never seen this before or since.
