morgana spellshield does not block zoe's sleep or quinn's blind

both parts of the sleep are not blocked. i spell-sheilded my ally before they got hit and they still became drowsy.. my spellsheild was STILL up when they fell asleep. this is pretty dumb...

also as a repost of a bug from a while back (if it hasn't been fixed yet) morg spellsheild will also not prevent the vision loss on or ulti (which does)

Zoe's sleep should definitely be considered a CC and should be blocked by morg's cc shield.

Can any reds confirm if sleep was intended to not be considered CC?

EDIT: also, Morgana's shield isn't a true spell shield, it only blocks magic damage and crowd control while it's up. Blind isn't considered a CC so I think it's intentionally going through the shield.
