The newly-updated client keeps deleting my Rune pages.
Not only that, it deselects my skins and ward skins, and auto-sets my Summoner Spells to Ghost/Heal. For some reason the update thinks I'm a brand new player. Why this?

I've experienced this twice now. All my rune pages gone, spells reset, skins reset. Last time it also reset some of my settings like the auto-join voice chat option which I had turned off and the language filter.
Same exact problem here. Every time I login, there's a yellow circle at the PROFILE tab, indicating that there's a new thing, even though I've seen it a 100 times now.
PROFILE --> STATS acts like I'm new COLLECTION --> RUNES acts like I'm new, and keeps constantly deleting ALL of my rune pages. PLAY A GAME --> Any game acts like I'm new, by telling me what an 'open party' is. CHAMP SELECT --> Summoner spells reset to ghost and heal. CHAMP SELECT --> Skins deselected ( obviously not the biggest problem, just a minor inconvenience )
For some reason set item pages don't get deleted. I've been having this problem for 3-4 weeks now. I hoped the problem would dissapear by itself, but seeing as others have the same problem, I don't think it'll be gone anytime soon. Having to re-do my rune pages every single time or being forced to use the preset ones is getting very frustrating to the point where I just don't care anymore to take the right runes for the champion I'm playing.

I also got this bug. My runes pages were deleted and summoner spells reset. So far only the SS reset everytime i get into a game but my rune pages are staying.
Same here. Every time I restart my client all of my runes are gone, my summoner spells are reset to ghost/heal and my skins is set to default on all champions. How can a game this big be so bad? Riot games, that's how.
I feel this so hard right now... and the worst part is that when it does happen you don't notice til you're in champ select. I have 11 preset rune pages typically, so having redo all of them over and over again is getting really tedious and frankly, I'm more than a little frustrated
This has been happening to me throughout this entire week. I'd log onto league and it would act as though I were a brand new player, which isn't true as I am level 200. All four of my rune pages would delete and I would have to remake them every time I logged back in.
I tried contacting support about this but the resource that was sent to me did not work (and had also just cleared every setting that I had, so I had to fix those as well).
It's pretty frustrating and I hope that there is a fix.

This exact thing has happened to me twice now. It's really annoying especially since i noticed in champion select both times. It honestly makes me not wanting to play or log on [sg-soraka]
I have 15 rune pages. It really makes me not want to play when i have to setup atleast 3 rune pages if i want to play ranked, EVERY TIME.... Its been over a week Riot, can we PLEASE get an update on this problem ???? You have atleast 3 posts on the front page of the bug forum each with over 1000 views, this is obviously a widespread issue.
Just had this happen to me today. Not sure what caused it. Kinda annoying when my 10+ pages all get deleted...
This keeps happening to me. It is absurd how laggy the client is on top of this issue happening to me three times now. I was fine with the old client, it worked much better. I don't know why you would upgrade to something so buggy. Please pay attention to this issue. Thank you.
Same thing to me also, it's the 5th time this has happened to me.. I'm getting quite frustrated.
So, this bug, I've had the full reset( except item builds) twenty times in the last month and a half. Been happening for about 4 months actively, fix your client rito.

yep this has happened to me twice now. its more that frustrating. i have 25 rune pages. tons of skins. just spent 150 on more RP and have been loyal to this game for 5 years now. please help
And it just keeps on happening. It's been happening every day for the past 7 months now, please someone find a fix for this ;-;
This has been happening to me more than 15 times now. Every time I log in, I have to redo all my runes. This is so annoying. I dodged like 5 champ selects because I didn't have time to make my runes because my client is laggy and when I notice it's already too late.
Bump, this happened to me 3 times already this week. Any solution out? I repaired my client and did all the shebang except re-installing.
Same here. What's even more annoying is that even when I build a new rune page I enter games with the preset glacial one. RIOT STOP MAKING SKINS AND FIX YOUR SHIT????????
Been keeping track, and it's happened to me a total of 52 times thus far. I have resorted to Blitz imported runes, even though I don't always play standard runes.
I don't know what the deal is with Riot's complete lack of feedback on this issue, but this is getting out of hand. Not a single one of my friends are having the same issue, and I can't imagine this is client-side, as these settings carry over (or are supposed to) to any League install you logon via. Some reassurance that it's actually got some attention at all would be nice???
Same here.. 3 months now, everytime i log in, it tells me welcome to "2019 Ranked" as i have never played a ranked game before this season.. and all my rune-pages are deleted, all my skins deselected and summoners are chosen as heal and ghost.. Very frustrating!

bump- though trough my current searching -as this is the 4th time for me, and there must be a fix by now, right?- I've noted riot is downright IGNORING THIS ISSUE.

I had this problem since MSI patch
It's happened a few times in the past few patches. It's never happened to me before. I have to remake all my rune pages and skins have to be selected again.
it is happend for me more than 5 times in a month....it is annoying , i contact to support and riot's BOT told < go to game's folder /open propertise of config folder / uncheck "read-only file" > and click apply . but not worked for me !

I am right there with you all only it has been happening to me for a month, Month and 1/2 now. Every single time I load up the game my rune pages are gone. Only this past week it managed to keep my 3 pages I created... AGAIN..and now tonight they are gone ..AGAIN.. same with Stats thinking I'm starting as a new player for Season 2019
This has happened to me 3 times in the past 2 weeks. Very annoying to have to keep redoing all my pages every few days.
Yeah...I've noticed it happening in a period of when it's a new day for riot servers. So its like everyday at midnight for them it says, "HA! Watch this." And delete my runes. This should be fixed. Will it? Who knows. It's riot. If it's not messing with the LCS then they do not care.

I am even more sad for people who had had it longer than me and have more than one rune page because this bug is pain in the butt for me everyday. Selfrepair is not working for this problem obviously.
