I believe it's a microsoft update issue. I just got an update on 9/2/2016 and I've been having the same issue.

It's probably a Windows Live thing. Windows 10 updated and added new features. I disabled the Xbox Live stuff in the settings like Game DVR and notifications. My LoL works fine after that.

-Click on the search button -Search for PowerShell -Right Click on Windows Powershell and choose Run as administrator -Type this: get-appxpackage (asterisk ) Microsoft.XboxApp (asterisk) | remove-appxpackage
