Fix zacs passive
It allows a player to tp onto his passive and prevent his death. Thats extremely toxic for the game and downright stupid. Fix this

You can just attack the other blobs so he doesn't get that much health back lol zac has a lot of counter play to him believe it or not. The issue is tp not his passive lol

flyingbaklava2 votesYou can also smite his passive because it is a minion. Last season when there was an AOE smite, you could one shot zacs passive with a smite. Syndra can also pick up a bloblet and toss it at the other ones. I don't know why they are considered minions, but they are, so it is consistent. Also, this adds a lot of interesting strategic decisions. Something to keep in mind though, is that if you time the teleport timing poorly, you could arrive a few seconds after he revives and he can get killed again before your tp completes. With the TP nerf, this happens a lot.
