Brand new patch, brand new bugs

Both, unique to this patch (from what ive experienced) I now cannot select a champ skin to use. It will use whatever skin was selected last time. On top of this, it says all champ skins are locked, even the base one, and even the one that it equips in game.

On top of this, all replays automatically expire so I cant watch them, even if the game just occured.
