i just lost a whole game because my teleport auto cancelled

i did absolutely nothing that would cancel it and it spontaneously stopped. i was about to respawn as yi with tele and i pinged my team to abron knowing i cold get there instantly when i respawned but then the teleport fucking cancelled out of nowhere, allowing the enmies to get there just in time while i was still walking there and fuck my team while getting baron too. thanks riot.

So what you are saying is that your tele didn't lose you the game, you reaction to it did? Obviously, the bushes on the way to baron from their base should have been warded, so you should have seen them coming. You also could have pinged your team not to start baron if your tele had been cancelled.
