Masteries and runes changing on their own from champ select to game?

I made a previous post about the matter, but its not even on the boards so I'm guessing I screwed up or something. Sorry if this feels like spam.

Since 5.24, I've been having these common occurences (1 of every 10 games or so) where I would set my runes and masteries to Rune/Mastery pages A but then I would get Rune/Mastery pages B once i got ingame.

In example: Grabbing Lucian with AD runes and 18/12/0 masteries then I'd have something like** AP runes** and 0/12/18 masteries once the game starts..

Its not like it made the game unplayable, but I does affect the game in a specific way.. I know its not just me forgetting to change them. I legit tell my friend over skype ''I CHANGED MY MASTERIES AND RUNES TO LUCIAN'' and then once ingame I get fkin windspeakers blessing..

Anyway, just wanted to see if anyone else got that issue.
