Chat Restriction Bug

I'm currently Chat Restricted, yeah i know probably shouldn't say anything cause i don't have a right because i was toxic.

Last game i used all of my Chat allowance in the first 3 minutes, then i couldn't type anymore afterwards, when i tried to type again it would say "Your next chat is available at 4:00" but it was 10 minutes in, i didn't get any more for the rest of that game. Think this is a bug but it doesn't really affect many people so might not be worth worrying about.

Edit: This was not happening last patch, so it's new for this patch, that's why i immediately noticed it.

yea i have been having the exact same issue and its frustrating as hell cause i can send 3 messages than have to be silent all game and with zero communication i lose so many games, i made one mean comment and got chat restricted for it.
