[GAMEPLAY] Summoner Name Bugs Entire Chatbox When Muted (for the entire game).

It first caused my chatbox to go all buggy and stop displaying pings/chat. When eventually I could see chat again, but it remained in italics for the entire game. Please:

1. Fix this bug (I assume it was caused by special/invisible characters.... HOLY SHIT SANITIZE YOUR DATABASE INPUTS)

2. If my assumption in #1 is correct, then temp-ban the summoner for 2 weeks (since it's, ya know, intentional and affects gameplay) and force a name change
