Morde's q explained, please read this before posting about it.
I'm tired of replying to post after post confused about this, so I'd thought I'd clear this up.
Mordekaiser's q resets his auto attack, and makes his next three auto attacks apply exponentially ramping spell damage scaling of AD and AP, followed by standard auto damage and on-hits.

THE SPELL DAMAGE POTION APPLIES FIRST, AND IF IT KILLS THE TARGET, THE AUTO ATTACK DAMAGE AND ON-HITS NEVER APPLY.

Despite being single target, the spell damage counts as AoE for the purposes of spell vamp (33% effectiveness) and Ryali's. (40% slow for 1 second)

Titanic hydra doesn't reset his auto attack during his q, even though it does for Xin Zhao and Rek'Sai, and of course as an on-hit it won't apply if the spell damage portion kills the target.
