it's the same thing after doing a full client repair
i was able to fix the problem by reloging and noticing that i could quit or rejoin but before i could click either it popped up the party disbanned so i had to relog and spam click the area where the quit button was and i was able to get the play button again
guys!! go--------C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Config and delete this LeagueClientSettings.yaml this fixed!!!
