Bugs with several champions skills when disconnecting from a game. [GAMEPLAY]

If you bugsplat (or intentionally close the game) and reconnect to the game, the following champions skills get bugged up:

Akali: Akali's ultimate will show zero stacks upon reconnecting to the game, even if you had 3 stacks when disconnecting. You must exit the base, use your ultimate on something, and then wait the full cooldown for one stack, and then your 3 stacks will magically appear again. (Last time I tested this would have been around a month ago).

Warwick: if your bloodscent is higher than rank 1 (anywhere from rank 2 -> max rank), when you disconnect from the game and reconnect, the range indicator will revert back to rank 1 until you level up the skill again (or, if it is already max rank, it will remain glitched for the rest of the game). The skill still works at the correct range, but the range INDICATOR is wrong, so if you're looking at the map with your skill highlighted, you won't be able to know how far it actually goes. (Last time I tested this would probably have been a couple weeks ago. I haven't disconnected very much lately)

Heimerdinger: I'm pretty sure Heimerdinger has the same stacking bug with his turrets that Akali has with her ult (upon disconnecting from a game). But I don't play Heimerdinger, and if I noticed this, it would have been the one time I played him months ago (so let me know if you cannot reproduce the bug).

All of these bugs have existed for several patches (months, possibly years). They are not new, and are not specific to a certain patch. I just have not reported them until now.
