Static shyv crit + rfc proc deals 93 dmg to a target with 57 MR

This happened in my last game. Static shyv deals 300 crit dmg and rfc deals 160. Thats 460 dmg pre mitigation. 57 mr should reduce that by 25% or so. I have a replay on replay.gg that has this event. Occurs at 42.17. Its my draven game from this morning.

They share a Unique Named Passive so the damage doesn't stack between them.
Shiv deals between 50 and 120 damage to champions (while dealing increased damage to minions).
