My alt acc. Lunar ArcS Arcade MF is at 2140 rp Project kat 2140 Popstar ahri 1484 like ?? I was like oh are these bc chromas? But project doesn't have chromas (I would know I own the skin on this account)

If you do not own the champ, the champ gets factored into the skin cost :)
