Ultimate Hat not stacking?

Heckin Support··2 votes·415 views

Anyone else having a bug where they cast ultimate, yet it doesn't stack ultimate hat. I had a game of Orianna earlier today where I casted it good 4-5 times, yet I only had one stack.
