DCing at 30 ping and then client won't login or load chat

I got DCd 5 times in a row during a ranked game, with ping never going above 30 and every other app working perfectly fine with the internet. It took over 30 seconds to log in when I restarted my client and never reconnected to chat.

I just LOVE that I'm going to get punished for being afk while being the one carrying the team until riot decided I wasn't allowed to play anymore thanks to their servers.

7 year old game that doesn't even work. 11/10.
