Live In Game Interface Bugs

I ran across two bugs yesterday playing on Summoner's Rift on live servers (In NA).

The first was with a Zyra on my team. We were blue side, there was a teamfight at our blue buff in which the buff was taken and then changed hands several times. At the end of the fight our Zyra had the buff, but to all of us it looked like Red Buff, but Zyra said that it was a Blue Buff on their own screen.

The second bug was with a Quinn. Again, we were blue side. There was a teamfight near purple team's blue, we lost but got them all low. They went for dragon, and Quinn respawned. Quinn had used her ultimate to kill an enemy in mid lane right as she died, but to the rest of us the HUD had the green light saying her ult was on. We told her to ult and clean up the people at dragon, but apparently she did not actually have her ultimate off cooldown.
