Rune page shown in champion select different in game

Not sure how it happened but when I opened to check if my runes were correct it showed the rune page I wanted. I didn't switch rune pages or anything, it simply showed the one that I wanted to use. But when in game it showed the rune page I used in my previous game last night.

I've had this problem since the last couple patches. When I try to change the runes I can not save the page and can't change the rune page either
