Riot I Need Some Help With Loss Prevented

This match i was lagging in and out all game for no reason. My internet was working fine i ran several checks and Chrome would open up normal and there was nothing messing with my League during. Every time i got near an enemy i would either just stand there basic attacking, it wouldnt even say Attempting to Reconnect, or i would lag out. It seems only me and Shaco were effected by it.

So either it was DDoS or it was a bug in the new patch, either way can you please Loss Prevent this? its hard enough for me to climb out of Silver with my skills i do not need random selective Lag making it worse.

EDIT: If this is in the wrong place can you tell me where i would post this? I wasnt sure.
