[GAMEPLAY] Suffering from "Lag Blips"

This started happening a couple months ago and I've decided to come here and ask if there's a way to fix it.

My game suffers from "lag blips". Basically, what happens is this.

I'll start up a game and all of a sudden everything will stop moving, it says I'm attempting to reconnect, my ping and fps are fine. This happens repeatedly. Turning off the sound usually helps stop them but it can still happen.

I've tried turning off stuff like eye candy, hasn't fixed it.

It's not the fps or the ping, my ping could be 30 something and I still suffer from repeated blips.

It is not the wifi either, I have played on at least 4-5 different wifis and it happens no matter what wifi network I use, which makes me think it is a game issue....however this didn't used to happen.

If there's any sort of way to fix this it would be appreciated, because I now get nervous when starting a game...
