Lootiing and Crafting Stopped Working for Me

I bought some RP recently and used it to purchase a number of skins from my Teemoing Shop. Then, with the leftover RP, I bought 4 chests. After opening them all, I opted to unlock the Blood Moon Kennen skin shard I earned. Doing so, however, caused an unknown error to occur and since then I've not been able to access my Looting and Crafting Inventory. Additionally, the game won't connect me to chat no matter how many times I click reconnect.
