Quinn and Kalista Top Lane in Blind Pick and Team Builder

I swear, remove from these 2 from these playlists or nerf them in some way that actually lets the typical champions that go up there compete with them. I'm tired of all these Quinn's and Kalista's going top and just ruining the experience with their extremely toxic to top lane playstyles. Until these 2 are nerfed or removed I'm going to do my part as well and plague the blind/team builder community with Kalista and Quinn top until they receive the changes they deserve. Especially Kalista.

RIP Blind Pick Immobile Top Laners Darius Chogath Garen Sion Udyr Singed Olaf Aatrox

As if Teemo wasn't enough.
