Lee Sin's W isn't affected by Runic Armor or Windspeakers Blessing.

Pretty sure this was brought up before.. But i just tested it again in a custom to see if it was fixed and it was not. Neither self shielding (runic armor) or ally shielding (windspeakers blessing) are amplified with his W which is a SHIELD.

Is this intended, or...?

Yeah... so much for riot suckin off lee sin rite?XD But seriously if keystones are meant to shape your playstyle.. wut if i wanted to play supporty lee sin with windspeakers despite it being dumb to 99% of the community.. I SHOULD have that option at full value! :P Not to mention Runic Armor which isn't even a keystone doesnt amp his shield...
