Lee Sin's W isn't affected by Runic Armor or Windspeakers Blessing.

Pretty sure this was brought up before.. But i just tested it again in a custom to see if it was fixed and it was not. Neither self shielding (runic armor) or ally shielding (windspeakers blessing) are amplified with his W which is a SHIELD.

Is this intended, or...?
